The trend towards outsourcing many payment systems functions
is growing with many banks, building societies and retailers
examining their basic processes in detail. However, deciding
what to outsource and choosing a suitable provider is often

to identify those processes (business, clerical and computer)
which can be more cost effectively handled by an outsource
