This is an all embracing framework for all aspects of remote
and direct banking. It encompasses PC's, kiosks, mobile devices,
ATM's in lobby devices, telephone banking and direct banking.
Strategy studies include a critical review of the needs of
consumers and corporates, proposition analysis, market and
competitor analysis, high level product feature definition
plus business case modelling and product development planning.
Customers include one major UK bank and two national interbank
associations.
Technology Selection
We have conducted several technology assignments relating
to remote and direct banking. These have included the identification
of the components for a remote banking platform, and a review
of e-commerce software facilities
