Our framework for loyalty reward includes an assessment of
the proprietary schemes available in the domestic and international

within the UK (15 banks and retailers), an assessment of multi-partner
and own brand schemes, the definition of the needs of consumers
and those of corporate partners, product feature definitions,
alliance analysis for redemption and issuing partners, review
of strategic options, business case modelling and product
plan development. Customers include several banks in the UK
and in mainland Europe.
